General Terms & Conditions
The full balance owing for your order is due for payment at the time of your order.
Please note that no work will commence on your order until payment has been received.
Refunds - Once we have received an order containing personalisation (i.e. names / logos on the centres or tail printing) then no refund will be payable you. Orders for non personalised items (stock rosettes) may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the expected delivery date (as listed on your invoice) minus a £10 administration fee on all orders.
Payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer & PayPal - Payment details will be given on your invoice.
All items will be sent securely packaged - most orders are sent via courier which is fully tracked & signed for.
Where smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail you will be given the option of paying for 'signed for' delivery. We strongly advise you to pay for this service - If your order is lost & you have paid for 'signed for' delivery I will remake the order at no further cost to yourself.
If you have opted not to have 'signed for' delivery & your order is lost I cannot be held liable for the loss & no replacement rosettes will be sent unless you re-order & re-pay.
Placing an order with me will be deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
